They are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join the Solutions team, responsible for developing and executing high-impact technical solutions in the APAC region, engaging with clients, and ensuring successful integration of data and services.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical point of contact for a major program within the APAC region

Own the solution, quickly and effectively run point on any technical issues that arise, and pivot where necessary to increase mission value

Embed with customer for up to several weeks at a time to deeply understand their mission needs, provide training and guidance on best utilization of HE360 products and capabilities, and collaboratively explore use cases with the end users

Design and implement technical integrations of data to include data flow from AWS services to on-premises storage and integration of HE360 data into multiple 3rd party platforms

Champion end user requirements internally to HE360 stakeholders to include systems engineering and product teams

Continue to learn and drive rapid innovations to support business growth
