Partnership Building: Proactively reach out to mortgage brokers through cold calling and personalized communication to introduce them to our platform
Cultivate Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with brokers by understanding their needs and providing them with the support they need to succeed
Maintain Your Pipeline: Keep our CRM updated with your progress and all communication with partners to ensure a seamless process
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges
Associate's degree (required)
