Responsibilities

Track progress to the business strategic plan and facilitate the resolution of gaps
Establish and develop close relationships with key customers and focused distributors to drive growth
Develop product strategies to meet/exceed market growth and customer needs
Execute pricing strategy to maintain profitability targets
Deliver sustained profitable growth
Deploy marketing initiatives to generate demand
New product development champion to drive NPIs

Qualification

Product ManagementP&L ManagementGrowth StrategiesTechnical KnowledgeStrategic PlanningEffective CommunicationCollaboration

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable
Minimum 5 -10 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, highly preferably within Defense or Space markets
Product Management, Business Development /sales experience within Defense, Space, or Medical markets
Technical knowledge of interconnect products
Experience in developing & executing growth strategies
Effective and concise communication
Strong knowledge and experience building strategic plans for new production introduction (NPI), Justification details, and ROI analysis
