Required

1-3 Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
1-3 years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings. Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved
1-3 years experience with project close out
Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years of equivalent experience
