Start in 2026 SummerMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) that provides clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. The Site Contracts Intern will support the Site Contracts team in negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and managing contractual timelines.

Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the contracts team
Quality control of documents
Prepare amendments to the Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) and budgets
Maintain tracking of documents through Medpace's internal database (ClinTrak)
Support the signature process
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and pursuing JD or Bachelors degree in Legal Studies, Business, Communications, or Operations
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in our Cincinnati, OH office
