Efficiently prepare and review individual (1040) tax returns
Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information, identify tax saving opportunities, and clarify tax related questions
Stay current with tax laws and regulations relevant to assigned work
Collaborate with other preparers, reviewers, and partners to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of tax preparation software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Problem solving and analytical thinking abilities
Preferred
5+ years of experience preparing individual tax returns - public accounting or independent experience welcome
CPA or EA certification preferred but not required
