HR Data, Audit & Reporting Analyst

They are seeking an HR Data, Audit & Reporting Analyst to conduct audits of HR transactions, ensure compliance, and support HR operations through data reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Conducts regular audits of HR transactions and employee records to ensure compliance with internal policies, collective bargaining agreements, regulatory requirements, and SLA
Monitors key controls for high-risk HR processes including job changes, compensation actions, position changes, and terminations
Validates accuracy and completeness of HR data in Workday, including personal, job, compensation, and eligibility data
Tracks audit findings, remediation status, and root causes to identify systemic issues
Partners with HR Operations and other HR teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies
Identify opportunities to automate audits, validations, and controls within Workday or case management tools
Ensure HR processes, controls, and reporting procedures are documented and maintained in the Knowledge Base. Reports system defects, data issues, and control gaps in a timely manner
Serves as primary Workday reporting and dashboard resource for HR Shared Services and HR functional teams
Designs, builds, and maintains Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support operational, compliance, and leadership needs
Partners with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translates them into scalable reporting solutions
Supports HR leadership by assembling audit metrics, operational KPIs, and service center performance data in presentation-ready formats
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Three years' progressive experience in HRIS administration and reporting/analytics, including responsibility for HR data auditing, compliance and quality controls, with exposure to core HR operations processes
Knowledge and Skills: Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards preferred)
