Senior Enterprise Account Executive (EU Bilingual Desirable)

Responsibilities
Spearhead revenue growth by developing and executing innovative sales strategies tailored to clients in the financial services and real estate sectors (Risk specific)
Nurture clients through the sales cycle, leveraging your industry expertise to tailor solutions to their needs
Deepen your financial and real estate industry knowledge, build and maintain key client relationships, and represent Climate X at industry events
Deliver demos of our climate risk platform to potential clients, explaining its value proposition and unique features
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and scientific experts to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate agreements that align with our company's objectives
Qualification
Required
A proven track record in enterprise business development, driving sales revenues, and can demonstrate success managing end-to-end, B2B sales cycles and achieving quotas
Experience in enterprise sales of a complex product (ideally with Financial Services clients)
Outstanding relationship management skills, customer obsession and a consultative approach to sales
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex data and climate models, as well as translate to different audiences, seniority levels and sectors
Ability to build relationships across business leadership, technical stakeholders, and users in client organisations
Preferred
Working proficiency in German
Working proficiency in French
An understanding of physical risk, stress testing, and other key functions of the Risk function within banking or real estate
Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology start-up
Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM tool)
Knowledge of climate modelling and analytics
Fluent in English, additional languages are very helpful
