Pasona N A, Inc. is a food manufacturing company seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join their sales team. This position focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales goals in the assigned area.

Responsibilities
Report to office every morning. 80% travel in the area, 20% desk work
Identify new business opportunities and promote company products and services
Conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with clients
Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of sales or business development experience
Valid driver's license; able to travel frequently within territory
Japanese, and Korean or Chinese language skill required
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Positive attitude, self-driven, and results-oriented
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
