Responsibilities
Drive business continuity by executing engineering projects that mitigate product portfolio risks and adapt products to evolving customer needs
Develop and maintain product requirements and testing plans using tools such as Design Verification Plan and Reports (DVP&Rs)
Utilize product lifecycle management (PLM) software to manage part and document revisions
Review and update technical drawings to support part changes and ensure accuracy
Coordinate and support manufacturing trials to validate new materials, explore alternative manufacturing methods, and assist in new product development
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver project outcomes effectively
Organize internal and external testing to assess product performance and ensure regulatory compliance
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance product design, improve performance, and reduce variability
Communicate project status and key updates to global teams and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2+ years related professional engineering experience or a Master's in an engineering-related field
Fluent in English and German
Preferred
Strong presentation skills and ability/willingness to communicate at all levels
Product design or manufacturing experience
Flexibility when managing through competing projects and priorities
Project management skills
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
Experience interpreting and reviewing technical drawings
Filtration knowledge/experience
Experience with international food manufacturing regulations
Machined component design
Ability to travel up to 20%
