Greets and directs all employees and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy

Provides very positive and professional first impression to and visitors
Adheres to company policies and procedures, following all safety and security protocols
Ensures that all complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from employees, are addressed and conducts a follow-up, if needed
Cultivates relationships with employees, to better understand their requirements and improve Workplace’s ability to address them
Ensure that all designated signage is in its proper location within their designated site
Conduct daily building inspections & report any observed facilities items that need to be addressed to the CW facilities team, such as repairs, carpet spills, etc
Monitor and track e-waste levels in the building and contact proper team for disposal of collection sites
Monitor and track battery waste levels in the building and contact proper team for disposal of collection sites as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to greet and direct all employees and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy
Ability to provide a very positive and professional first impression to visitors
Adherence to company policies and procedures, following all safety and security protocols
Ability to address and conduct follow-ups on complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions from employees
Capability to cultivate relationships with employees to better understand their requirements
