SVS Group is partnering with a well-established Insurance Brokerage in Tinley Park, Illinois to identify an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This individual will manage an assigned book of business, support Producers, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy updates, renewals, and coverage questions

Manage and service a designated book of business with a focus on retention and growth

Prepare quotes, renewal documents, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and proposals

Review policy documents for accuracy and ensure timely delivery

Work closely with Producers to support new business and cross-selling opportunities

Coordinate with carriers on underwriting, coverage changes, pricing, and policy issuance

Maintain accurate client files and documentation in the agency management system

Provide claims assistance and follow-up as needed

Offer proactive recommendations regarding coverage needs, risk exposures, and policy improvements
