Base Salary: $190,000 – $240,000 per year DOE
1750 Billable Hours
Hybrid in the Bay Area or Remote anywhere in CA

Qualification

Litigation experienceCommercial litigationCA Bar LicenseReal property knowledgeOral advocacy skillsWritten advocacy skillsIndependent management

Required

2–6 years of proven litigation experience
Strong oral and written advocacy skills
Ability to manage litigation matters independently
CA Bar License required

Preferred

Familiarity with commercial litigation involving real property preferred
