$30/hr - $36/hrTangent Technologies, LLC is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to ensure the maintenance and repair of production lines. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and working with various machine components to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, preventive and demand maintenance for production lines including electrical and mechanical repairs, replace components such as: motors and motor drives, pumps, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, transmissions, make adjustments keeping in mind quality, tolerances and order of operations
Work from schedules, work orders, manuals, blueprints, charts and instructions
Use precision measuring devise (multimeters, calipers, etc.)
Maintain, repair, and install a wide variety of machine parts, components and equipment
Effectively communicate with peers, production associates, and supervision
Qualification
Required
Must have knowledge of electrical systems and wiring (including 120/480 volts)
Must have experience and knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting
Must demonstrate an understanding of safe work environment and have a proven ability to work safely
Must have a solid work history showing the ability to maintain a good attendance record
Must have your own set of standard tools
Must be legally entitled to work in US
Associates degree/certificate in related field or comparable manufacturing experience
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Intermittent periods of crouching, kneeling, working in confined areas and in varied temperatures and outdoors as necessary to safely service equipment
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Preferred
Plastic extrusion experience is a plus
