Responsibilities
Lead the full management of the Qlik environment including installation, upgrades, authentication configuration, and system setup
Manage access provisioning, security rules, licensing, and audit compliance
Oversee system capacity planning, health checks, performance monitoring, and automation activities
Set up and maintain data connections and integrations using various Qlik connectors, web connectors, data sources, and portals
Implement governance frameworks and ensure consistency in data dictionaries across all Qlik applications
Support mashups, extensions, and widget integrations leveraging web technologies
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth enterprise data operations
Establish standards and best practices for dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualization frameworks
Recommend effective visualization designs tailored to business user needs
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Qlik Sense/View development, data modeling, and BI reporting
Hands-on experience with Qlik migration projects. 2 Significant roles in a leadership capacity
Strong understanding of Qlik architecture across all Qlik products (Sense, View, NPrinting, Alerting, etc.) and their integrations
Expertise in data transformation, QVD creation, ETL processes, and set analysis
Proven experience in designing, architecting, developing, and deploying Qlik Sense applications
Strong front-end development capabilities with deep knowledge of visualization best practices
Experience integrating and loading data from various data sources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of data management and metadata management principles
