Responsibilities
Editing short-form video content in a variety of styles for a variety of platforms (primarily YouTube and Meta)
Assisting in the post-production process, including editing and reviewing footage using Adobe Premiere Pro
Organizing and delivering final edited video assets for various platforms
Making potential post-release edits
Qualification
Required
A solid understanding of video editing and designing for accessibility
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Strong attention to detail
Ability work quickly and turn projects around at short notice
Availability during normal business hours
Ability to prioritize and self-manage deadlines and project milestones
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Passion, integrity and energy
Preferred
Background in politics, fundraising, or advocacy preferred but not required
2+ years experience freelancing full-time
