Responsibilities
Oversee the office teams, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages growth and camaraderie while addressing performance expectations with a firm yet supportive approach
Embody the service vision of S-E-E (Service, Exciting, Educational) by ensuring every patient feels like they are the only one by delivering an engaging and fun experience from frame selection to lens fitting!
Collaborate with the team to set and achieve financial goals while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction
Identify and cultivate talent within the practice, providing guidance and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance
Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, EMR systems, and leveraging cutting-edge optical technology to provide the best possible service
Build strong relationships with both staff and patients
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in eye care
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams, customer service, and sales
ABO certification with managerial experience in both medical office and retail optical settings
A solid understanding of the requirements of a small business, along with the drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed them
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and the latest optical equipment
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish would be desirable, but is not required
