Responsibilities
Create and deliver engaging, cutting-edge training modules and programs
Continuously assess training needs through rigorous analysis and feedback channels
Conduct training audits and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements
Proactively research and collaborate with external training resources to infuse fresh perspectives and expertise into our programs
Communicate our training strategies with enthusiasm, and consistently advise management on training matters
Conduct engaging new hire orientations that inspire new team members from day one
Educate new team members on our training tools, equipping them with strategies for continuous improvement
Champion the Roots of Service program throughout the properties, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service
Facilitate strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience leading Training & Development in a large, luxury resort or hotel
Clear understanding of the Forbes 5-star standards (previously 5-star certified)
TIPS certified
Ability to command the room with executive presence
Computer literate with the ability to learn HRIS systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred
Experience in Instructional Design a plus
