Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures
Correspond with patent office about pending patent applications
Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise
Interview inventors about new ideas
Qualification
Required
You have a bachelor's degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
Experience in Telecommunications and Cellular Communications standards
Superior writing skills
Excellent academic credentials
You are registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office
Preferred
2+ years of patent prosecution experience
