Responsibilities
Handle pharmaceutical and medical device personal injury/products liability cases from intake through settlement
Assess potential cases based on medical records and client information
Draft pleadings, file cases, respond to discovery
Communicate with clients, bankruptcy trustees, and probate counsel
Provide litigation support across multiple mass tort actions
Manage deadlines and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
JD and Texas Bar admission required
Experience: 1–5 years (PI or mass tort preferred; prior success with PI attorneys from firms like Thomas J. Henry)
Strong research and writing skills; experience drafting briefs and responding to discovery
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Preferred
Deposition experience (defending/taking)
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
Attention to detail and strong time management
