Responsibilities

As a Customer Engineer, you will collaborate directly with customer teams to provide expert advisory services across a range of technologies

By leveraging structured engagements, you will establish trusted advisor relationships and guide customers towards achieving a healthy and secure state

Deliver onsite and remote services for MS Premier customers focused on MS Defender XDR, MS Sentinel, and Cloud Security

Provide proactive guidance on threat protection, SIEM/SOAR implementation, incident response, and compliance

Conduct risk assessments, security posture reviews, and architecture optimization for hybrid and cloud environments

Troubleshoot complex security issues and recommend workarounds or escalations as needed

Act as a trusted advisor, building strategic relationships with customer stakeholders from CIO to technical teams

Required

Deep technical knowledge in MS Security stack, including: MS Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, and Cloud Apps

MS Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) – deployment, tuning, and advanced analytics

Azure Security Center, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Identity Protection

Experience with incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring in enterprise environments

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical challenges
