Maintain accurate asset records
Oversee depreciation
Ensure all additions, disposals, and transfers are properly documented and accounted for
Contribute significantly to monthly and annual close processes through journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Partner closely with teams across the business—procurement, operations, IT, and others—to ensure clear communication and alignment on asset activity
Support internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and providing explanations related to asset balances
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Approximately 3–5 years of accounting experience, including at least one year focused on fixed assets
Strong knowledge of capitalization rules, depreciation methods, disposals, and US GAAP
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required
