Lead and manage end-to-end hospital activations: kickoff, technical & clinical onboarding, validation, and go-live
Coordinate across clinical teams, hospital IT and cybersec, product and engineering, and third-party vendors (e.g., EHR integrations)
Own escalation and resolution processes so activation blockers are addressed rapidly and escalated effectively when needed
Develop and maintain activation playbooks, checklists, runbooks, and customer-facing onboarding materials
Design and maintain activation tracking and risk dashboards to provide transparency to internal and hospital stakeholders
Capture and share learnings after each activation: post-mortems, improvement actions, and updates to playbooks
Identify and drive automation or standardization opportunities across the activation lifecycle to reduce manual effort and cycle time
Act as the voice of the hospital during activation and early usage — represent customer needs back to product, engineering, and commercial teams
