Responsibilities
Lead and manage quality assurance activities to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues
Develop and maintain quality control systems, including inspection and testing procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
Mentor and provide technical guidance to lower level quality engineers
Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management
Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
Proficient in statistical analysis and quality improvement tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in using quality management software and tools
Preferred
Relevant quality certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are highly desirable
