Upgrade Kits Execution Lead

Responsibilities

Collaborate with IPTs/CPTs, Functional Organizations, Obsolescence Working Groups, & PMO to define technical upgrade requirements aligned with system roadmaps & can-build / can-support forecasts
Support proposal development activities for tech refresh efforts
Plan, execute, monitor, & control technical upgrades / ECP development projects
Lead ECP development reviews to include required EV / financial reporting requirements, schedule metrics, technical progress metrics, variance analysis / corrective actions
Support the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience is required
Experience related to program execution and program management
Experience with financial management, including Risk and Opportunity management
Proposal experience

Preferred

Program Management Level 3 Certification or ability to obtain (provisional) within 90 days
Earned Value (EVMS) Certification or equivalent
Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs in the aerospace and defense industry
Prior experience leading Hardware development projects
Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
