Lead AI engineering efforts across healthcare reimbursement, patient accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM)
Architect, design, and guide the implementation of AI agents and agentic workflows
Own the strategy and delivery of AI/ML-enabled solutions, partnering closely with product, architecture, and domain experts
Transform complex payer–provider processes into intelligent, automated systems
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in AI engineering or related field
Experience in leading AI engineering efforts
Strong technical skills in architecting and designing AI agents and workflows
Ability to guide the implementation of AI/ML-enabled solutions
Experience in partnering with product, architecture, and domain experts
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, patient accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Fluency in English
