Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience leading small teams to improve productivity & quality
3+ years of experience working in a Life Sciences or GMP environment
Experience applying systematic troubleshooting methodologies to complex technical problems
Capable and willing to learn computer programming
Familiar with common industry best practices (Lean, Six Sigma, etc)
Excited about working in a dynamic fast paced startup environment
