Responsibilities
Configure and customize Guidewire Portal applications, with a focus on Producer Engage and other Engage portals
Develop and implement PolicyCenter integrations to support business workflows and system interoperability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Guidewire applications and external systems
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain portal configurations to meet performance and usability standards
Other duties as requested by leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Guidewire applications, including PolicyCenter
Proven experience with Guidewire portals: Producer Engage, Customer Engage, and Service Rep Engage
Strong understanding of PolicyCenter integration; configuration experience is a plus
Preferred
Experience with Producer Engage portal
