Attend 1 week In-Person Orientation and complete 90 day Launch Program
Assist buyers and sellers through all steps of the real estate process
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct property showings, open houses, and consultations
Generate and follow up with leads
Prepare and present offers and contracts
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and vendor services
Market listings through MLS, social media, and team systems
Stay informed on local market trends and pricing
Use CRM and team tools for follow-up and organization
Attend in person team trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions
Qualification
Required
