Area Sales Manager
Elliott Tool Technologies, a client of Brixey and Meyer, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Latin America to expand their presence in the region and strengthen distributor networks. The role involves driving sales growth, managing distributors, and building trusted relationships with customers and industry partners.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by developing new customers, expanding key accounts, and increasing market share
Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners to strengthen regional coverage
Follow and reinforce the Sandler Sales Methodology to achieve consistent, measurable results
Build trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to solve customer challenges
Represent Elliott globally at trade shows, key accounts, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Professional fluency for customer and distributor engagement
Proven Sales Success – 3+ years in a sales hunting role with strong results
Goal-Oriented & Sales-Focused – Disciplined, driven, and experienced with Sandler or similar systems
Relationship Builder & Communicator – Skilled at trust-building, explaining technical products, and training sales channels
Mechanical & Industrial Aptitude – Comfortable with technical data
Tech-Savvy – Proficient in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office
Travel Flexibility – Up to 30% domestic and international
Location – Based in the Texas City, TX area

Manufacturing experience preferred
