Responsibilities

Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the laboratory, aiming to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, making data-driven decisions to refine processes and enhance performance

Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth within a high-performance fast-paced environment

Qualification

Required

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience leading teams, ideally in settings that demand high productivity and stringent quality controls

Possess at least 3 years of experience in environments regulated by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar standards in the life sciences/biotechnology sector

Are adept at applying systematic troubleshooting methods to solve complex issues

Are knowledgeable about industry best practices, such as Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Enjoy the dynamism and challenges of a startup environment

Preferred

Are interested in, or have experience with, learning computer programming to enhance operational efficiency. No prior programming experience is required but is a welcomed bonus!
