Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee programs to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives and deliverables
Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Prepare and present program updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the program lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a similar industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions
