Responsibilities
Provide critical on-site technical assistance to ensure that automated lab experiments are conducted efficiently and on schedule
Lead and mentor a team of 15-25, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Spearhead continuous improvement efforts, addressing logistical challenges and enhancing team member productivity
Implement data-driven solutions to operational hurdles
Qualification
Required
Have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of enhancing team productivity and quality
Possess at least 3 years of working background in environments regulated by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or within the life sciences sector
Are adept at employing systematic troubleshooting methods to solve complex issues
Show a keen interest in and capacity for learning software programming, regardless of previous experience
Are familiar with and can apply key industry methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
Enjoy the challenge and pace of a startup environment
Preferred
Previous experience in software programming is a welcome bonus!
