Spring 2026 Change Management Intern (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Help roll out change strategies that make transitions smoother across the company
Support daily team operations, organize documentation, and suggest process improvements
Assist with building change plans and keeping teams informed and engaged
Create and share clear, engaging content using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and email
Help identify training needs and develop materials like job aids, portal content, and guides
Use Excel and Word to collect and organize data that tracks adoption and supports decision-making
Refine templates and presentations used across change initiatives
Join team meetings to share updates, give input, and collaborate on solutions
Qualification
Required
Available part-time during the Spring 2026 semester (January–May) and full-time during summer and academic breaks
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Preferred
Strong interest in organizational change, project management, or digital transformation
