Identify and recommend best practices for government relations and regulatory compliance
Lead functional projects and programs related to government relations
Conduct analysis to understand business trends and their implications for government relations
Participate in advocacy efforts to influence public policies
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with government relations strategies
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and public policy issues

Required

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Extensive policy experience and a strong understanding of consumer financial services and small business issues
Knowledge of various federal and state regulatory processes, including those related to the CFPB and the Treasury Department
Ability to quickly analyze information and succinctly distill and explain complex policy issues to internal and external audiences
Exceptional written communication skills
