Identify and recommend best practices for government relations and regulatory compliance
Lead functional projects and programs related to government relations

Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and public policy issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Extensive policy experience and a strong understanding of consumer financial services and small business issues
Knowledge of various federal and state regulatory processes, including those related to the CFPB and the Treasury Department
Ability to quickly analyze information and succinctly distill and explain complex policy issues to internal and external audiences
Exceptional written communication skills
