Responsibilities
Partner with Design and key business stakeholders to conduct thorough product discovery processes including user research, solution design, testing & validation
Drive vision, strategy, and success metrics for the product based on the deep expertise you will develop through research and discovery
Collaborate with Engineering throughout product development lifecycle, including solution design, roadmap refinement, prioritization and execution
Work closely with business and technology partners across the organization to ensure a seamless, integrated client experience across all stages of the asset and wealth management journey with JPM
Leverage data to inform product prioritization, monitor outcomes, and iterate on solution design to deliver an optimized Advisor & Client experience that is responsive to quantitative and qualitative feedback
Show your entrepreneurial spirit & ability to wear many hats
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated understanding of product management and building software products from conception to launch through all stages of the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution
Sufficient familiarity with technical concepts to engage effectively with engineering partners on solution scoping and design
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Track record of working collaboratively with engineering teams, design, stakeholders, and other departments to achieve project goals
Experience partnering with users to deeply understand their needs and pain points, and the ability to translate these into product features and improvements
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to produce clear documentation for product, engineering, and operations audiences, including at the senior leadership level
Open and transparent working style, with the ability to communicate up and down
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in technical documentation and project execution
Preferred
Familiarity with the financial services sector
Experience building products within the private markets
Experience building AI solutions
