McCarthy-Bush Corporation is offering a unique opportunity for high school juniors and seniors to start a career in construction through a registered apprenticeship program. Apprentices will work part-time during the school year and full-time in the summer, gaining hands-on experience and training from professionals in the field.

Responsibilities
Assist with a variety of hands-on tasks at construction jobsites
Support concrete pours, framing, site prep, and general labor
Learn how to safely use tools, equipment, and materials
Set up and clean work areas, tools, and equipment
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe worksite
Receive on-the-job mentorship from experienced tradespeople
Qualification
Required
High school junior or senior enrolled in the EICC Construction Program
Someone who wants to work, learn, and get better every day
Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet
Shows up on time, ready to work, with a good attitude
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred
Driver's license is a plus but not required
