Responsibilities

Retail Banking Operations Support on Financial transactions and issuance of banking instruments

Cashier's Order and Demand Draft Issuance

Verification Officer, able to understand customer/Business Units (BU) letter/memo of instruction and ensure documents received are in order for processing

Verify customer / BU signatures and ensure BU grids are complied with

Communicate with internal customer / BU regarding customer / BU letter / memo of instruction

Exercise vigilance when performing transactions and report any unusual or suspicious transactions immediately to supervisor

Perform end-of-day reconciliation of instructions received

Perform financial transactions as maker role
