Responsibilities

Receive and organize merchandise

Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage

Deliver orders curbside to customers

Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms

Update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves

Share Loyalty program benefits with customers

Organize the stockroom and complete orders at the end of the day

Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration
