Human Resources Service Center Specialist - 12650
Kaleida Health is a healthcare organization dedicated to advancing the health of the community. They are seeking a Human Resources Service Center Specialist to provide Tier 1 customer service support related to various HR functions and enhance the employee experience by assisting with HR needs.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional Tier 1 customer service across a wide breadth of HR functional COEs to employees and leaders
Act as a liaison to COEs for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support escalation as needed
Ensure Tier 1 HR service delivery is consistent and of high quality
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
1 year of experience in Human Resources related field required
1 year of experience in a customer facing and service related role required
Experience in using of HR technology including but not limited to HCM system, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, use of email, telephone and intranet required
Experience in Customer service driven, good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and conflict management skills required
Must be organized and able to multi-task required
Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule to accommodate multiplies shifts. Example 7 am - 4 pm or 11 am - 7pm required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
