Qualification
Required
MUST have a cosmetology license in the state of South Dakota
Proven experience in retail management or salon operations is required
Strong background in sales management with an emphasis on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
Familiarity with inventory control processes and stock management is essential
Administrative skills are necessary for managing day-to-day operations effectively
Preferred
Management experience is preferred
Experience in product sales or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
