Mid LevelMadisonhealth is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform various technical procedures in the radiology department under the direction of a Radiologist. The role involves obtaining high-quality diagnostic images and ensuring patient care is prioritized.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of a Radiologist, supervises students and performs those duties directly involved with a variety of special technical procedures performed within the radiology department
Using proper safety guidelines the technologist will use x-ray to obtain high quality images for diagnostics purposes
The Technologist will present them to the Radiologist for interpretation by utilizing the PACS
Recognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a radiologic technologist
As Technologists become certified in other modalities, their rate of pay will reflect that higher modality regardless of where they are assigned to work within the Diagnostic Services Department
Lives the Radiology Mission Statement in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Able to use the PACS, RIS, CR and DR systems
Healthcare provider CPR
Must be competent in all routine diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to: Routine, Fluoroscopic, OR, Trauma, Portable radiographs or fluoroscopy
ARRT registered required
Completion of an approved Radiology Technologist program required
