Performance Creative Manager

The Performance Creative Manager will guide the design expression of PartnerStack’s brand across digital channels and campaigns while collaborating closely with various teams to deliver impactful creative that drives measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Evolve and maintain PartnerStack’s visual identity and design system, ensuring consistency across teams
Lead the design execution for campaigns, ads, web, social, and events that support awareness, conversion, and pipeline growth
Help improve creative workflows and processes for asset intake, prioritization, and delivery
Partner closely with Content Marketing to transform narratives into compelling visual storytelling
Collaborate with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to elevate campaign performance with strong creative execution
Experiment with AI-powered creative workflows to increase speed, quality, and innovation
Support and mentor a small team of designers and contractors, fostering a culture of craft, curiosity, and accountability
Track and share creative performance learnings to inform future iterations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of design/creative leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
Strong portfolio showcasing your storytelling across brand, campaign, and digital design work with measurable results
High standards for production value, ensuring creative output is polished, consistent, and impactful
Proven ability to collaborate with marketing stakeholders to deliver creative that supports pipeline growth
Curiosity and comfort with AI-driven creative tools and workflows, with a willingness to experiment and operationalize
Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow, with the ability to contribute hands-on work
Strong balance of vision and execution, while able to think conceptually and roll up sleeves when needed
Preferred
Experience managing or guiding creative contractors or small teams is a plus
Knowledge of partnership/affiliate ecosystems is a nice-to-have
