Leading Design Initiatives: Owning the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final design

Enhancing User Experiences: Crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for crypto-native applications, ensuring accessibility and usability

Developing Design Systems: Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products

Conducting User Research: Planning and facilitating user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions

Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
