Responsibilities

Lead project scoping in partnership with the Project Sponsor

Develop and maintain the project scope, schedule, and budget

Take an active role in community engagement

Assess projects for risks and maintain a current risk register for each project

Lead the project team through all project phases

Assist with preparation, analysis and review of contract change orders

Assist with the review of Critical Path Method (CPM) Schedule analysis

Manage the project in Post Construction to closeout and archive project documentation

To ensure success in this role, you will apply your knowledge of engineering fundamentals and safety regulations to ensure the soundness of bridge/building structures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related degree OR equivalent work experience in lieu of education

10+ years in project management experience managing horizontal infrastructure projects

Valid California Driver's License

Proven knowledge of construction practices, physical characteristics and properties of roadway, structures, drainage and utility systems construction materials, and the approved methods and equipment used in making physical tests of construction materials

Ability to walk construction site, including walking up and down slopes, climbing ladders, and walking on scaffolding and other temporary structures
