Talent and HR Associate

Societe Generale is a premier global equity research and brokerage firm, and they are seeking a client-oriented Talent and HR Associate to join their team. The role involves partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partner to manage HR operations, recruiting, and talent initiatives within the business.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships across the business and become a point person to handle a wide range of HR and Talent inquiries
Own full-cycle recruiting for support functions e.g. legal, compliance, technology, operations – approximately 10 requisitions a year
Facilitate the offer process, new hire onboarding and employee offboarding
Provide support for Immigration e.g. job descriptions, partnering on the Green Card process (posting roles and reviewing resumes)
Project manage talent initiatives including promotions, culture programming, and communications
Manage the HR reporting process for the business including coordination and facilitation of data across key stakeholders
Additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Required

Demonstrated experience in HR operations or facilitating HR processes
Familiarity with a variety of HR systems including Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, onboarding programs
Background in recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers
Strong attention to detail and experience appropriately handling confidential information

Preferred

Project management experience
Data visualization skills
2+ years of HR or Talent experience
