Scheduling Coordinator
Mirabella Seattle is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community located in downtown Seattle. They are seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to manage scheduling for various healthcare departments and support HR processes.

Responsibilities
Scheduling for Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living and Memory Care departments to ensure facility needs and regulatory requirements are met
Providing support for the selection, placement/hiring process, staff orientation and uniform ordering for Health Services personnel
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or senior living facility
Knowledge of basic recruitment and HR practices, employment law and regulations
Good phone technique and communication skills
Detail oriented
Organized
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Preferred
Previous experience in human resources or business operations
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from the State Board of Nursing
Strong computer skills and technology understanding
