Responsibilities

Critical member of revenue forecasting processes and conduct detailed variance analysis to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to project revenue, costs, and gross margins, supporting strategic planning and performance management
Analyze complex financial data and trends to provide clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional business partners
Champion continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting by implementing automation and optimizing reporting processes
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with the FP&A calendar and quarter-end close requirements, maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance

Required

12+ overall years of financial planning experience, especially with data analytics and data modeling of a business unit, supporting a global, high-tech corporation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business
Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques in Excel, with ability to build and convey business insight
Define new processes and analytics as well as influence business decisions
Ability to improve and streamline manual processes and drive efficiency
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, including effective communication at all levels within the Company
