New Grad, Entry LevelHellermannTyton North America is seeking an Automotive/International Shipping Clerk to assist with various administrative duties and communications with departments and freight companies. The role involves processing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining quality certifications while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Familiar with ERP system to process orders (data entry)
Prepare and ship orders according to specifications on customer orders
Communications with various internal departments and freight companies
Print reports and orders
Familiar with TRAX order entry
Prepare correspondence
Obtain product knowledge
File documents
Interpret bin locator and date code systems
May back up other warehousing functions as necessary, including picking and packing orders
Drive forklift as necessary
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Good math skills
Basic computer knowledge
Good typing skills
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs
Familiar with ERP system to process orders (data entry)
Prepare and ship orders according to specifications on customer orders
Communications with various internal departments and freight companies
Print reports and orders
Familiar with TRAX order entry
Ability to use MS excel & word to prepare correspondence and reports
Safe use of equipment/forklift certification
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
Ability to use ERP system
