Experienced Digital Marketing Director For Industrial Equipment
Fluent Conveyors is one of the leading engineering and manufacturing conveyor companies in the United States. They are seeking an Experienced Digital Marketing Director to drive new business through cold calling, develop unique sales strategies, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Must be a self-starter and require little to no management
Needs little to no management and self starter
Proven track record or hitting or exceeding quotas
50 -75 cold calls per day
Work closely with engineering and outside sales
Ability to read engineering files (Solidworks and AutoCad)
Call facility and maintenance personnel
Have a 3-year track record of hitting or exceeding your sales quota
Cold call and drive net new business
Develop and incorporate unique sales strategies that fit your personality to ensure customer engagement is always increasing
Work closely with component suppliers and build great relationships with their team
Delivering top-notch customer service
Have the ability to handle field measurements for replacement conveyor belts, replacement parts, complete recycling system or conveyor replacements
Have the ability to help customers get the correct measurements for sprockets, shafts, bearings, belts, pulleys (with and without lagging ), safety equipment etc
Always deliver both positive and critical feedback to all team members to ensure we continue to grow and enhance our product line
Team personality that always looks for the greater good for the team
Has the ability to present complex projects to executive groups and close opportunities that may exceed 1MM
Cold call and develop a new customer base from scratch (50-75 calls per day)
Always use our internal CRM / ERP platform
Meet or exceed quote for your territory (Net New Business & Existing)
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelors Degree or Proven Track Record With High End Digital and Print Marketing
In-depth knowledge of current and widely used systems and tactics
Self-starter and require little to no management
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
50 -75 cold calls per day
Ability to read engineering files (Solidworks and AutoCad)

3-year track record of hitting or exceeding your sales quota
